After payment is confirmed for a digital order, WadMaster emails the checkout address a private page for the purchased PDF. The seller can review delivery status from the order, resend the access email, or end future access.
A full refund of a digital order ends future download access, but it cannot recall a file the buyer already saved. Private storage paths and download links are never published in the catalogue.
A WadMaster online store is a shareable product catalogue connected to the products you already manage. Customers can browse physical products and PDF downloads, contact you, and pay through checkout when it is available. Store orders stay connected to your sales records, payments, and physical stock instead of becoming a separate list to reconcile.
You can sell physical products and digital products delivered as PDFs. A digital product can have one PDF up to 50 MB. A checkout can contain physical products or digital products, but not both together. Services, size or colour variants, discount codes, and customer accounts are not part of the current online-store release.
Open Storefront in WadMaster, create the store, choose the products to show, and add the name, description, colours, images, contact details, and pickup or delivery settings you want customers to see. Use the private preview to check it before publishing. Free lets you build the draft and open its private preview. Publishing the hosted store is available from Starter when the store has at least one ready product and publishing is available for the account.
