What do 'Active', 'At-Risk', and 'Repeat' customer badges mean?
WadMaster automatically categorizes customers based on payment behavior:
• Active: Customer has paid invoices within the last 30 days.
• Repeat: Customer has completed 3+ transactions.
• At-Risk: Customer has pending invoices overdue by more than 14 days.
