When you issue an invoice containing tracked inventory items, WadMaster automatically deducts the quantity from your available stock. If an invoice is cancelled or voided, the stock is automatically restored to your inventory ledger.
How do low stock alerts work?
For each product, you can set a custom Reorder Level (e.g. 5 units). When your available stock hits or drops below this threshold, a warning badge appears on your Inventory dashboard and product list.
How is profit per product calculated?
When setting up a product, enter both the Cost Price and Selling Price. WadMaster computes your unit profit margin (Selling Price - Cost Price) and highlights your top most profitable products in Insights.
